Short-term mission trips change lives forever. We have seen people from all nationalities be transformed and a spark ignited in the hearts of many. Getting to know God outside of our familiar context, participating in the rebuilding of people’s lives and embracing new cultures are only the beginning of what to expect from an IAM short-term mission opportunity.

INTERNSHIPS
If you want to be challenged and you desire to be used by God, then IAM’s Internship program may be the place for you. The program features hands on experience of missions and humanitarian aid in foreign countries, facilitating practical participation in God’s restoration plan. As you live life focused on cultural and linguistic immersion you will discover you are becoming a part of a bigger family. FULL TIME SERVICE
It is no secret that the current state of the world is not as God intended. We strive to be faithful to what God has called us to as a movement in helping Him reconcile this world to Himself. We at IAM are always on the lookout for people who are passionate about the same things we are passionate about and want to use their gifts to further the work of God in this world. PRAY
The Bible is clear in its instructions to believers to be intentional and faithful in the act of prayer. We believe strongly that prayer has an instrumental role to play in the work that God has called us to as a movement. We have learned many lessons throughout the history of our organization. One of the important lessons we have learned is that strategic partnerships are a vital part of the journey. We love watching God bring people, churches, individuals, organizations, schools and businesses together into relationships that bear fruit for the Kingdom.
